April 15, 2025 – MONTRÉAL – EVLO Energy Storage Inc. (EVLO), a fully integrated battery energy storage systems (BESS) provider and wholly owned subsidiary of Hydro-Québec, announced today the completed commissioning of a 4-MW, 8-MWh, 2-hour duration energy storage system, the first of three projects in American Samoa.
[pdf] Perenco’s Cap Lopez LNG terminal in Gabon is rapidly gaining momentum, with operations set to start by the end of 2027. The company selected global service company Dixstone to lead the construction, procurement and integration of the facility.
[pdf] The project, considered the world's largest solar-storage project, will install 3.5GW of solar photovoltaic capacity and a 4.5GWh battery storage system. The project has commenced in November 2024.
